We really ought to get More Realistic Goals.

More Realistic Goals is a two-hour exploration of sounds and ideas, and the spaces in between - we unearth the hidden meaning of the liminal void behind your grandma’s fridge.

What does it mean? And what does it tell us about how we live our lives today? And who else has already made a 15-part podcast series about it?

Not really - it is two hours of sounds and talk from Rob and Justin, featuring long form sound collage and field recordings, poetry and spoken word, guest mixes and irregular features, alongside a smattering of pop hits.

We want to keep things loose, reactive and - mainly - fun. It’s going to be world class fun. High level stuff. 

MORE REALISTIC GOALS is committed to fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion in the music industry. We try and play our small part by playing and platforming music by a diverse range of artists.
